 （更新：加現場照片與意外細節） 菲律賓首都大馬尼拉地區帕塞市 Pasay city ，今天發生一起火車脫軌事故，目前已知至少造成31人受傷。 美聯社引述當地警方指，受傷乘客從前面車廂救出後送往醫院治療，尚不清楚是否有人死亡。這起意外導致帕塞市交通嚴重阻塞。 菲律賓電視台報道，發生出軌意外的是馬尼拉輕軌列車，當地警方指，出事的列車撞向混凝土的圍欄，造成多人受傷。美聯社稱，火車撞圍牆後碎片四散，損毀路口多輛汽車。當時交通十分擁擠。 事發在當地時間下午，一列輕鐵在馬尼拉帕賽市（Pasay City）的一個車站附近出軌，撞到一個混凝土的圍欄，傷者隨後送往近的醫院治療。有乘客稱事發前，列車的煞車系統已經出現問題。 輕軌列車管理當局也稱是「機械問題」導致這起意外。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

Passengers hurt, stranded as train overshoots MRT station

MANILA, Philippines - At least 20 people have been reported injured after a train of the Metro Rail Transit overshot the EDSA-Taft Station in Pasay City and slammed through its barrier on Wednesday afternoon.

Ten injured passengers, three of them reported in serious conditions, were rushed to the Pasay City General Hospital and 10 more passengers were brought to the San Juan de Dios hospital, also in Pasay City.

The incident happened at past 4 p.m.

In a radio interview, Light Rail Transit Authority spokesman Hernando Cabrera said a train with passengers stalled while approaching the EDSA-Taft Station after its brakes "cramped."
